After some preliminary conversations, and you decide you would like a formal bid/partial design, we take a $75 payment to start. We will have you fill out a detailed questionnaire to give us insight on a home that is right for you. This payment is applied to the final price if you decide to move forward.
Once you decide to move forward with the project, we take a $250 non refundable scheduling fee to hold your spot on our build schedule. The scheduling fee and the $75 blue print fee will be subtracted from the final payment upon completion. We work on a 40-40-20 payment schedule. 40% is required after design and signed contract. The next 40% is required after shell, plumbing rough in, and electrical is completed. The final 20% is required upon inspection, completion and pick up/delivery. Additions and changes will be discussed and amended during the build.
